Bryan S. Estes 

Bryan S. Estes was admitted to the bar in 1987 after graduating from Southern Illinois University in 1987. He completed his undergraduate degree in 1981 and received his Masters of International Relations in 1983. 
 
Upon being admitted to the bar, Mr. Estes worked as an associate for Guerard, Kaline, Ulrich & Varchetto until 1989, and then as an Assistant State's Attorney until 1993. Mr. Estes joined our firm in 1993.
 
Mr. Estes has been the trial counsel for one of only two (2) cases in Illinois which have affirmed the trial court's award and application of parent alienation as well as trial counsel for the appellate decision which led to legislators enactment of a provision for appointment of independent custody evaluation pursuant to 604.5 of the Illinois Marriage and Dissolution of Marriage Act.
 
Mr. Estes has been a member of the Planning Committee for IBD Family Law Seminar, 2005;  the DuPage County Judiciary Committee, 1999, and an active member of the DuPage County Family Law Committee, DuPage County Bar Association and Illinois State Bar Association, as well as being certified to serve as a child representative.
