Michael J. Chiero

The Law Offices of William J. Stogsdill Jr. welcome Michael J. Chiero as the newest member of the Firm.

Mr. Chiero joined the firm after practicing family law throughout Northern IllinoisMichael Chiero since March of 1996.  His vast litigation experience includes contested child custody litigation; litigation involving high net worth estates and complex business valuations; litigation of orders of protection; appellate practice; and motion practice in the circuit courts.  His balanced approach to family law involves the representation of mothers and fathers; primary caretakers and primary wage earners; and third parties such as concerned grandparents.  While continuously perfecting his litigation skills, Mr. Chiero habitually stresses the importance of reaching equitable settlements based upon the free exchange of relevant information. 

In addition to assisting other families through their difficult times, Mr. Chiero enjoys the company of his wife and daughter with whom he resides in Kane County.
